The Oregon Wildlife Foundation offers small grant awards to tax-exempt organizations, groups with a fiscal sponsor, and qualified individuals for projects that support our mission. Proposed projects may be a stand-alone initiative or part of a larger or ongoing project. The Foundation has made implementation of the Oregon Conservation Strategy a priority. If you're not already familiar with Oregon's plan, visit oregonconservationstrategy.org to learn more. Quarterly deadlines for application review are as follows: 1/30, 5/1, 8/28, and 11/6.
Proposed projects are evaluated on the basis of their fit with the Foundation’s mission, interest areas, likelihood of success, significance at the local or state level, and presence of a contributing private or nonprofit partner. Applicants are encouraged to review the Oregon Conservation Strategy prior to submittal.
